Centric, big rooms, clean

Central hotel in the heart of Tehuacán with free parking. Good breakfast, attentive personnel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we were there I don’t think they had many guests and were eager to serve. The showers were good and WiFi worked well. They have their own parking underneath the hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel, would recommend! However, they should modernize their badge system. Our badge stopped working twice while we were there. Luckily the staff was really helpfull to fix the problem.

The location was great. The hotel was quiet. Towels and bed linens were great.. the attention, while not happy happy, was adequate. The room was clean and felt spacious enough.

Great location close to everything

Location is close to ADO. It was easy to get to the hotel. The location was excellent considering that stores and restaurants are within walking distance. I speak a little spanish and the staff at the hotel knows how to speak in English which is great. Breakfast is excellent

Nice hotel with large, comfortable rooms, great bed, nice hot shower, large windows looking in to a courtyard with fountains. Attractive building, friendly staff. I didn't drink there but the bar looked nice.

This is a big hotel but we had a very quiet and comfortable stay. The location is ideal, right near the main plaza but not close enough to be crowded or noisy. Our room was big and very clean. There is an elevator, a gym, and a lovely terrace in the top floor.

The on-site restaurant has excellent breakfast. Beautiful grounds and ambiance in an old building. Very central and close to the bus station.

Staff was amazing. Location is perfect for a stroll on the main plaza. I wanted parking place and a tub after driving for 7 hours and it was a very nice one. They gave me extra bubbles.
